Brave and Happy boy!!
(ACL surgeries and arthritis)
“My name is “Jaxon” and I’m a yellow Labrador, 8.5 years old. I have been lucky enough to have Mary Kay help me since my 1st ACL surgery in May of 2011. I was very scared and sore at first but Mary Kay soon made me feel better and my Mom kept telling me how brave I was. Sixteen months later I had ACL surgery on my other leg and then the arthritis in my hips
started to act up. I play a lot with my little brother which makes my shoulders and neck really stiff, too. Now Mary Kay comes to my house and I love that!! We do lots of exercises which I’m really good at but sometimes the big spongy cubes are a little scary and I shake a little on them but Mary Kay has the best treats and she makes me feel soooo much better! I even know when Mary Kay is coming to my house and I always let my Mom know. My quality of life is now wonderful thanks to Mary Kay. She makes me happy and I’m keeping her forever!”
